Judicial Conduct by Dianna Bartels

Hi Everyone,
As a Judicial Candidate, I have been asked numerous times what is my position on different issues or who would I vote for in this election. I am unable to answer those questions because Judicial Candidates have more strict rules than regular political candidates.
Judicial codes are located at: http://www.courts.mo.gov/page.jsp?id=703
One of the main codes state that we " shall not make pledges or promises of conduct in office other than the faithful and impartial performance of the duties of the office".
I can say the following:
I am running for Circuit Judge in Jefferson County Circuit 23, Division 3 Judicial Seat against Democrat Nathan Stewart.
A little about myself:
A Desert Storm Veteran
Lived in Jefferson County for over 35 years
I am married and have two children, one attending college and one that will be going to college this fall
Worked full time while attending St. Louis University School of Law.
Retired from federal service after 14 years to take the Missouri Bar Exam
Former Assistant Attorney General of Missouri handling a caseload over 1,200
Worked for a Fortune 500 Company setting up governance and compliance programs
Helped my dad get a heart pump and then a heart transplant
Former General Counsel
Former Director of Contracts and Compliance, Director of Human Resources and Quality Manager.
and I work with rescue dogs
Please let me know if you any questions.
Thank you for your time and please vote,
Dianna Bartels
